Social Post Manager

Posting regularly takes time most owners don't have. This board drafts a week of posts from photos you have already approved, checks each one against the platforms' rules, and waits for a person to approve it. A salon, a restaurant or a boutique with a steady supply of photos could keep its accounts active without writing every post from scratch.

Built for AngelFire Ammunition

A Kansas ammunition manufacturer in Saint Marys.

The problem

The company's social accounts had gone quiet. Posting again meant working inside some of the strictest platform rules any product faces, finding usable photos in years of scattered folders, and doing it in minutes a week, not hours.

What I did

I built a library of 7,158 photos, tagged by AI, with a person ruling on every photo the automated pass could not clear, and a weekly board that manages the posts: it picks a fitting photo for each post, drafts the week, checks every draft against the platforms' rules, and shows each post as it will appear.

The result

The board is built so a week of posts takes minutes of review, not hours. The library is tagged, so a fitting photo turns up in seconds, not after a search through old folders. Every draft is checked against the platforms' rules before it can be approved, and nothing goes out until a person approves and publishes it.
