Preorder tracking
When customers can order before an item is ready, someone has to keep track of what has been promised and what is left to make. This dashboard keeps that count. It fits any business that takes orders ahead of supply, such as a furniture maker, a print shop or a farm selling shares of a harvest.

Built for AngelFire Ammunition
A Kansas ammunition manufacturer in Saint Marys.
The problem
The store keeps one stock number per product, with no history. Nobody could see what was on the shelf versus already promised to preorder customers. Deciding what to make next meant piecing figures together by hand.
What I did
I built a dashboard that tracks shelf stock, promised stock and what still needs building. Every stock change it makes is recorded, and changes made outside the dashboard are caught by a scheduled check. When one product later showed three different numbers in three places, I traced the cause and fixed it.
The result
After that fix, the build list, the shipping system and the pick list agreed on one number. Fewer preorders are oversold, fewer customers write asking where their order is, and less time goes into reconciling counts.
Try it Demo data
The Build Queue, rendered from the dashboard's own templates with invented products and counts.
Interactive samples use invented data, including invented names and prices. Pictures of the samples show the same invented data. Prices in screenshots of shipped marketing are already public.
