Consignment
If you place goods with other sellers and get paid only when they sell, you need to know who holds what and what has sold. This app follows every item from the day it goes out to the day it is paid for. Artists placing work in galleries and makers selling through local shops work the same way.

Built for AngelFire Ammunition
A Kansas ammunition manufacturer in Saint Marys.
The problem
Some dealers hold AngelFire stock on consignment and pay for it only once it sells. Tracked with stand-in accounts and manual orders in the online store, nobody can see what each dealer holds, what has sold, or what is sitting on a shelf.
What I did
I built one app to replace that, covering the whole cycle: sending stock to a dealer, recording their sales, approving each sales report, marking it paid, and taking returns. It can bring existing consignment accounts across with their history, matched automatically and confirmed by a person.
The result
The app follows every unit from the day it is allocated to the day it is paid for, and a dealer can never be recorded selling more than they hold. It shows at any time what each dealer holds and which stock is sitting still, and staff can print a statement showing each dealer what they should have on hand. Allocations take stock out of the store's count and returns put it back, tested end to end.
Try it Demo data
The consignment app, rendered from its own templates with invented dealers and stock.
Interactive samples use invented data, including invented names and prices. Pictures of the samples show the same invented data. Prices in screenshots of shipped marketing are already public.
